All items offered on this website are subject to availability.  When you place an order with me I will send you emails confirming reciept of your order and the details, confirmation of payment when received and when your order is ready for shipping.

Please make sure you read the sizing guide carefully.

REGISTER AN ACCOUNT

You do need to register an account in order to purchase an item. Once you have registered you can save a shopping list of items you may wish to purchase at a later date (I cannot see this list) . Registration also provides me with the opportunity to better service your individual preferences and needs. Your personal information will not be shared with a third party, please see my Privacy Policy for further information.

PAYMENT

Planet Isis currently accepts credit and debit card payments via Paypal.

Paypal is a service that enables you to pay, send money and accept payments without revealing your financial details. You do not need a PayPal account to use your debit/credit card through this payment portal. PayPal uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to help keep your information secure, reducing the risk of on-line fraud.

PRICES

All prices are in £ sterling (GBP).

Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Planet Isis can ship within the UK. Pending new government guidelines I have temporarily suspended postage to locations in Europe. I apologise for this inconvenience and hope to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Costs are outlined in the table at the bottom of this page.

I post orders out from Monday to Thursday.

For Mainland UK orders  I use either Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (for orders under 50 g) or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm (for orders over 50 g- or for items that require next day delivery) in order to provide my customers with a quality service.
For non-UK orders  I use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

I cannot guarantee delivery but I do aim to ship your order within 5 working days of receipt of cleared payment.
Please note that for personalized or bespoke orders shipping times may take longer.

PACKAGING..

To keep postal costs to my customers to a minimum I offer different postal options where it is possible, these options will appear during checkout and you may choose which option best meets your needs.  Mainland UK orders over £150.00 (item cost only) will be posted and gift packaged free of charge.

Simple packaging orders–  your jewellery will be sent out to you in simple, protective and attractive packaging. 

All other orders–  your jewellery will be sent out to you complete with gift packaging.

Please note every effort is made to ensure that your jewellery reaches you in excellent condition, sometimes this may mean there is no ‘Simple Packaging’ option available.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS 

Planet Isis takes pride in a reputation for quality and service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will be happy to help with a prompt exchange, refund or credit. 
In the first instance please contact me via my contact page before returning your goods.

Refunds can only be given on items received by me, I therefore suggest a form of recorded postage when returning items.

Faulty goods will be accepted for return within 14 days of delivery to you if they are returned as received, complete, unworn and in their original packaging. If the items prove to be faulty you will be refunded in full (or exchange or shop credit) plus your P&P expenses in returning the item(s) to me.

Non- faulty goods will be accepted within 14 days of delivery to you provided they are returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging and fit for re-sale.

Non- faulty returns include those returned as faulty where no fault is found.

Where I will accept a non-faulty return you will be credited at the selling price and postage costs in returning the item(s) to us will be borne by you.

European & Other International Destinations
Due to the relaxation of many Government guidelines I will be resuming postal options for some International destinations .  International postage may be subject to long delays, this is beyond my control.  All International post will be sent Tracked & Signed.
Due to changes in UK Government Policy on shipping to European destinations I have temporarily suspended postage to locations in Europe. I apologise for this inconvenience and hope to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.
